Provider Training
Solari may accept SMI Assessment Packets from any behavioral health provider licensed in the state of Arizona. We welcome this opportunity to help you all accomplish this goal in access to care.
Our free Live SMI Determination Training sessions are scheduled at the same time each month via Zoom.
Providers are welcome to attend any of the prescheduled trainings listed below for a refresher on the paperwork and process.
Providers can also request free in-person or virtual individual and/or group trainings in addition to these already pre-scheduled sessions.
To register for any of these sessions, or to request individualized training, please email Jennifer Janzen.
Community Education and Information sessions can also be scheduled for workplaces such as foster care agencies, public defenders, DCS, DES, etc. Clinical training is also available upon request.
SMI Determination Training:
- The first Monday from 9-10:30 am
- The second Friday from 10-11:30 am
- The third Monday from Noon-1:30pm
- The fourth Friday from 2-3:30 pm
- No session will be held if day falls on a holiday
Removal of Designation (Decertification) Training:
- The first Monday from 1-2:00 pm
- The fourth Friday from 10-11:00 am
- No session will be held if day falls on a holiday
